MethyLasso: a new tool for analyzing DNA methylation data
Researchers from the IGBMC and Michaël Weber's team describe a new bioinformatics method for analyzing DNA methylation data at the genome level.
Welcome to the laboratory Biotechnology and Cell Signaling | UMR 7242 | CNRS Unistra, a joint research unit supported by the CNRS (Centre National de la Recherche Scientifique) and the University of Strasbourg. The laboratory develops research projects at the crossroads of functional genomics and chemical biology in order to decode cellular signaling pathways and develop novel therapeutic strategies.
The laboratory is located in the research building of the Ecole Supérieure de Biotechnologie de Strasbourg (ESBS) in the heart of the University and Innovation Campus of Illkirch-Graffenstaden.
