Anna Soliani, a first-year PhD student co-supervised by Dr. Jonathan VAPPOU (Robotics, Data Science and Healthcare Technologies, ICube) and Dr. Gaëtan MISLIN (Team Metals and Microorganisms: Biology, Chemistry and Applications, BSC | UMR 7242), received the “Best Student Poster Presentation Award” at the ISTU26 Annual Congress of the International Society for Therapeutic Ultrasound.
The conference took place in Trondheim, Norway, from June 15 to 18, 2026. The award recognizes her research on the disruption of Pseudomonas aeruginosa biofilms using cavitation generated by focused ultrasound.
