The institute is actively involved in the training and mentoring of students and future researchers. Our researchers participate in teaching activites of several Masters degrees at the ESBS and the University of Strasbourg in the fields of biology, chemistry and biotechnologies. Each year, our research teams welcome many Masters students for their internship (M1 and M2) to train them in cutting-edge technologies and prrepare them tp future careers in research.
Our research teams offer Masters internships (M1 and M2) for Masters students at ESBS and the University of Strasbourg, but internships are also open to Masters students from other French or foreign Universities in the disciplines of biology and biological chemistry.
We invite students to consult the internship offers proposed on the Masters websites, or to contact the team leaders directly by email.
Teaching programs from the ESBS
The UMR7242 | BSC is the research laboratory associated to the École Supérieure de Biotechnologie de Strasbourg (ESBS), a tri-national school of the University of Strasbourg that offers higher-level training in biotechnologies, in partnership with the Universities of Basel and Freiburg. The interface between teaching and researchactivities is ensured by the presence in the research teams of many ESBS lecturers and professors.
Our teams participate in teaching activities and offer internships (M1 and M2) for several teaching programs of the ESBS:
- Engineering Degree in Biotechnology
- Engineering Degree in Chemical Biotechnology
- Master's in Biotechnologies - Synthetic Biology Course
- Master's in Biotechnologies - High Throughput Analysis Course
- Master's in Biotechnologies - Biopharmaceuticals: Design and Production
